Client Services Associate – Financial Services

About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Associate to join a fast-paced financial services team. This is a 100% in-office role ideal for someone with client service or operations experience in wealth management, investment management, or financial advisory firms who is ready to grow in a high-performance environment.

You will support financial advisors, manage client accounts, and ensure smooth execution of daily operational and service needs.

Key Responsibilities

Support advisors with client service and account administration needs
Process account activity including wires, cash movements, and transactions
Prepare client meeting materials and account documentation
Respond to client inquiries with accuracy and urgency
Support trade processing and operational workflows
Maintain accurate and confidential client records

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of client service or financial services experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and client service skills
Experience with account operations or trade support preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Series 65 or willingness to obtain a plus
