About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Services & Loan Support Specialist (also known as a Universal Banker). This hybrid role blends customer-facing banking services with behind-the-scenes administrative and loan processing support. What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers with everyday banking needs: deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries
Open new accounts and explain financial products and services
Provide teller support during busy periods or staff absences
Assist loan officers with documentation, application processing, and client follow-up
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and generating reports
Ensure compliance with bank policies and maintain accurate records
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and escalate when needed
Promote bank services and cross-sell financial products
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain confidentiality and a high level of customer service
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of recent in-office experience, ideally in banking or administrative support
Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in finance or business is a plus
