We are seeking a Client Services Administrator for a contract-to-hire opportunity in the Maitland/Orlando, FL area. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point of contact for administrative support, client service needs, and internal coordination.
- Oversee daily business activities, streamline administrative procedures, and help improve operational efficiency.
- Organize and support meetings and events, including logistics, invitations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Manage schedules, maintain records, handle correspondence, and prepare reports for business operations.
- Monitor budgets, process expense reports, and assist with financial reporting tasks.
- Support internal projects by tracking progress, coordinating between teams, and helping ensure deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Provide administrative support for business operations, client service, scheduling, reporting, and records management.
- Coordinate meetings, events, internal projects, and cross-functional communication.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial reporting support.
- Help improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative support, client services, office coordination, or related experience preferred.
- Business Administration degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to navigate social media platforms for marketing-related support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external clients.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound discretion.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, property management, or a related professional services environment.
- Experience supporting internal projects, client communications, meetings, and business operations.
- Familiarity with process improvement, workflow coordination, or administrative reporting.
