This Client Services Position Features:
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Client Service Representative to be the face of our bank. In this role, you'll assist clients with their day-to-day banking needs, answer questions, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. If you enjoy helping people, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a professional setting, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients in person or by phone in a professional, courteous manner
Assist with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine banking transactions
Educate clients on bank products and services, and refer them to specialists as needed
Open and maintain checking, savings, and other accounts
Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up as needed
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
Follow all security procedures and regulatory requirements
Support branch operations, including balancing drawers, cash handling, and compliance tasks
Participate in team meetings and training to stay current on products, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1+ year of experience in customer service, retail banking, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic knowledge of financial products and services
Proficient with computers and banking software; able to learn new systems quickly
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) a plus
