Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
(Some evenings or weekends may be required )

Position Overview
The Client Service Specialist (CSS) plays a vital role in supporting non-clinical operations for healthcare facilities and home care patients. This position is responsible for staffing, recruiting, client relations, and coordination of home care services within the market. The CSS ensures patient safety, staff productivity, and high customer satisfaction while contributing to the growth and success of the branch.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and brings strong leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Staffing & Personnel Management
• Receive customer staffing requests and fill open shifts or assignments
• Track staff availability and assign work accordingly
• Recruit, interview, and hire field staff to support branch growth
• Counsel field employees on non-clinical matters
• Ensure compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements
Client & Customer Relations
• Conduct service calls with existing and prospective clients
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support business growth
• Negotiate placements and manage client expectations
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Patient & Case Management
• Receive and coordinate home care referrals, including authorizations
• Assign qualified personnel to cases and manage cancellations
• Ensure orders and documentation are completed accurately and on time
Branch & Business Support
• Participate in sales calls as directed by the Branch Director
• Assist with financial planning and management activities
• Complete administrative and operational support tasks
Other Duties
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business and patient care needs

Qualifications:

Education:
• Four-year college degree in a related field strongly preferred
• Minimum of two years of college required

Experience:
• At least one year of experience in a service-related industry
• Minimum one year of home health care experience preferred
• Commercial insurance and private pay experience a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills in a healthcare setting

Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong judgment and common-sense decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, talk, and hear for extended periods
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
