We’re currently seeking experienced and customer-focused Client Service Representatives to join the team at one of our reputable banking clients in Corte Madera, CA.
Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may be considered for Client Service Representative II, III, or Senior level positions.
What You'll Do:
Open and maintain new consumer and complex business accounts
Guide clients through account selection and banking services
Cross-sell bank products and services effectively
Perform clerical branch duties and support daily branch operations
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and bank regulations
Maintain strong client relationships and refer clients to appropriate staff or services
Qualifications (Depending on role):
1+ year of banking teller experience (required)
Experience opening consumer accounts (required)
Experience opening basic business accounts (preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software
