Client is hiring for Client Service Representatives (New Accounts) at various levels—II, III, and Senior—based on your experience.
What You’ll Do
As a New Accounts CSR, you will:
Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts (scope varies by level)
Interview customers to match them with the right banking products and services
Provide top-tier client support in-person and over the phone
Process teller transactions and assist with clerical duties
Cross-sell bank services and make referrals to business partners
Ensure compliance with bank policies and state/federal regulations
Participate in community volunteer efforts (CRA hours)
Your Level, Your Impact
?? CSR II
1+ year of teller experience
Experience opening consumer accounts
Familiarity with business accounts preferred
?? CSR III
2+ years of teller experience
Skilled in consumer and basic business account opening
?? Senior CSR III
3+ years of teller experience
Advanced experience with consumer and complex business accounts
Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
May act as backup supervisor and handle escalated client issues
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software
Sound judgment and attention to detail
Working knowledge of regulations like BSA and Information Security
Passion for helping clients and growing lasting relationships
