Client Service Representative (CSR II, III, or Senior)

Ready to grow your banking career? We’re hiring an experienced Client Service Representative to open new consumer and business accounts, deepen client relationships, and drive branch success.
What You’ll Do:
Open and maintain consumer & business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs)
Cross-sell banking products and identify new business opportunities
Deliver exceptional, relationship-focused customer service
Ensure compliance with BSA and banking regulations
Support teller transactions and branch operations
What You Bring:
1–3+ years of banking teller/new accounts experience (level based on background)
Experience opening consumer accounts (business & complex accounts for higher levels)
Strong sales mindset and customer service skills
Solid knowledge of banking regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems
