Seeking an experienced banking professional to support new accounts and client service in a busy community branch. Level (CSR II, CSR III, or Senior) will be determined based on experience. This role focuses on account opening, relationship banking, and sales in a compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Open and maintain consumer and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs; trust/estate at senior level)
Process new account transactions and ensure accurate documentation
Cross-sell banking products and services based on client needs
Support BSA and information security compliance
Perform teller transactions and resolve client inquiries
Senior level: approve transactions, provide overrides, and handle escalations


Qualifications
Currently or previous role in banking
CSR II: 1+ year banking experience (consumer accounts)
CSR III: 2+ years banking experience (consumer + basic business)
Senior: 3+ years banking experience (complex business/fiduciary)
Strong sales, customer service, and compliance knowledge
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems
