About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly polished, sales-driven Client Servicing Representative with a strong hunter mentality and proven experience exclusively from Merrill Lynch, UBS, or Morgan Stanley. This role is ideal for a bilingual Spanish/English professional who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment, excels at relationship-building, and is motivated to drive new business while delivering white-glove client service.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and mass affluent clients
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities through outbound business development
Support financial advisors and wealth management teams with client onboarding, account servicing, and portfolio support
Cross-sell financial products and services while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
Deliver exceptional client service with a consultative, solutions-focused approach
Manage client inquiries, documentation, account updates, and follow-up with precision and urgency
Leverage bilingual communication skills to serve and expand Spanish-speaking clientele
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, referral targets, and client engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
REQUIRED: Previous experience ONLY from Merrill Lynch, UBS, or Morgan Stanley
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Proven hunter mentality with demonstrated sales success and business development ability
Background in wealth management, private banking, brokerage, or financial advisory support
Strong understanding of financial products, client servicing, and relationship management
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Professional polish and ability to work with high-value clientele
Preferred Qualifications
FINRA licenses are a plus (Series 7, 63, etc.)
Experience supporting financial advisors or private wealth teams
CRM proficiency and financial services platforms experience
