Client Service Representative – Wealth Management (Growth-Focused | Licensed or In-Progress)

Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Client Service Representative (CSR) with a proven foundation from leading firms such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, or UBS. This is not a traditional service-only role—we are looking for a growth-oriented professional with a hunter mindset who is energized by deepening client relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to business expansion within a premier wealth management environment.

This position offers a unique blend of client service excellence and proactive business development exposure, working alongside top financial advisors and high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver white-glove service to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring a seamless client experience
Act as a key liaison between clients, advisors, and internal teams to execute account servicing, transactions, and follow-ups
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, including asset consolidation and cross-service engagement
Support advisors in preparing for client meetings, including reporting, portfolio reviews, and financial documentation
Proactively manage client requests with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism
Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining regulatory and compliance standards
Contribute to business growth initiatives through client engagement and relationship expansion efforts

What We’re Looking For

Experience with Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, UBS, or comparable wealth management firms strongly preferred
Demonstrated “hunter” mentality—motivated to grow relationships, uncover opportunities, and contribute to AUM growth
Currently licensed (Series 7, 63/66) or actively in the process of obtaining licenses
Strong understanding of wealth management operations, client servicing, and financial products
Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional presence
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Compensation

Base Salary: Competitive (commensurate with experience) $50K and bonus included
