Job Posting: Client Support Specialist
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Overview: Seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our Client Service Center. This role provides customer service support under guided direction, ensuring participant and client inquiries are handled professionally and in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year client or customer service experience
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to multi-task across multiple systems
• Experience in a contact center or call center environment preferred
• Familiarity with employee benefits, health insurance, or claims processing preferred
• Strong computer skills and competence in Microsoft office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls from active and terminated participants/employees of the company
• Handle inquiries from client/employer plan administrators
• Educate clients on products, policies and procedures, and IRS guidelines and regulations
• Escalate documentation and tasks to appropriate internal teams
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and services
• Utilize systems and software including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
• Accurately document all interactions and perform data entry
• Prioritize tasks and maintain organized workflows
