Client Relationship Manager – Woodinville, WA (100% Onsite)

We are looking for a relationship-driven, proactive Client Relationship Manager to support and strengthen partnerships for a growing team in Woodinville. This 100% onsite role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, builds trust quickly, and enjoys being the consistent point of contact clients rely on.
What You Will Do:
Serve as the primary contact for client accounts and ensure a smooth, positive experience
Build strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-through
Support onboarding, account updates, and ongoing client needs
Coordinate internally with operations, leadership, and support teams
Track client activity, document interactions, and maintain accurate records
Identify opportunities to improve service, resolve issues, and strengthen long-term partnerships
What You Bring:
Experience in client relationship management, account coordination, customer success, or a similar role
Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities with accuracy and calm
Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to work onsite in Woodinville, WA (WA residents only)
