This is not your average support role—we're looking for someone sharp, articulate, and client-obsessed. You’ll be on the front lines of account setup, data migration, documentation collection, and relationship management in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

A proactive, solutions-driven team player with strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a Relationship Specialist, delivering white-glove service to clients during the platform migration process.
Assist in the creation and setup of client accounts, and perform data migration tasks including entitlement setup.
Coordinate and perform client outreach via calls, emails, and meetings.
Facilitate the collection of required documentation and ensure all necessary materials are in place.
Provide Level 1 triage and help desk support, and assist with back-office coordination.
Track and forecast surge support needs on a weekly and monthly basis.
Support the client training team by gathering insights and information to develop training materials.
Prepare and use scripts, outreach criteria, and supplemental documents to standardize client interactions.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all client migration activities.

Exceptional verbal and written communication
Professional, confident, and polished client-facing demeanor
Demonstrated problem-solving and dispute resolution abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit
Able to simplify and explain complex processes to clients

What You’ll Bring
