We are seeking a proactive and personable Client Engagement Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background and a passion for helping others. You’ll support a high-performing sales team by responding to web-based leads, gathering information, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

What You’ll Do:
• Respond promptly to inquiries from online applications and gather necessary client information
• Ensure CRM entries are accurate, clear, and up to date
• Provide exceptional service and follow-up throughout the entire client engagement process
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Underwriting to support lead conversion
• Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions simultaneously
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or client coordination
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Familiarity with legal or personal injury environments is a plus
