We’re looking for a Client Contact Center Specialist to join our clients high-volume call center team. In this role, you’ll provide support to clients and internal staff by phone, email, and chat, delivering outstanding service while helping clients achieve their financial goals.

What You’ll Do:

Handle incoming calls, resolve inquiries, and provide financial product support.

Partner with Bankers, Loan Officers, and Advisors to connect clients with experts.

Assist with online banking, debit cards, mortgage/home equity, and account services.

Process requests such as stop-payments, Reg E claims, and travel advisories.

Deliver a “Six Diamond” client experience with every interaction.

Meet quarterly sales goals while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

Associate degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years in a high-volume call center environment with escalated calls experience.

Banking/retail sales and telemarketing experience required.

Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays as needed.
