We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist with a strong administrative background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in client communication, data accuracy, and administrative support within a professional services environment.

About the Role
As a Client Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service while supporting internal operations. You’ll manage client communications, perform high-volume data entry, and ensure accurate documentation and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email
Perform accurate and efficient data entry and document management
Maintain and update client records and service logs
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications
Support internal teams with administrative and client service tasks
Ensure a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or client service role
Strong data entry and typing skills (50+ WPM preferred)
Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Must be local to be considered- no out of area candidates please
Must be able to provide two professional references from previous supervisors
Preferred Experience
Experience in a professional services environment (e.g., healthcare, legal, finance, consulting)
Familiarity with CRM systems or client management software
Background in handling confidential or sensitive client information
