We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Analyst to manage a high-volume Bob portfolio. This is a long-term contract position (with strong conversion potential) for a candidate based in the Kansas City metro area. If you enjoy account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and professional communication, this is the role for you.

Why You’ll Love This Role
Analytical Ownership: This is not a "churn and burn" collections role. You will own your portfolio and focus on root-cause resolution.

Email-Driven Work flow: Most communication is handled via professional email, allowing you to document and track issues effectively.

Remote Flexibility: Enjoy a fully remote schedule with the support of a tenured, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of 600–800 Bob customer accounts, navigating all aging buckets.

Conduct 45+ daily client touches (primarily via email) to resolve payment discrepancies.

Perform deep-dive reconciliations using ERP systems and Excel to investigate billing issues and applied cash.

Collaborate with Billing and Cash Asp teams to streamline the credit hold and release process.

Provide high-level support during month-end surges and peak cycles.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 3–5+ years of Bob Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections experience.

Technical Savvy: Proficiency in a major ERP (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, etc.) and intermediate Excel skills (V lookups/X lookups are a must).

Communication: Exceptional written skills with the ability to maintain a professional "brand" via email.

Mindset: You are process-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing a large volume of data.

Position Details
Pay: $25.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours

Location: Remote (Must reside in the Kansas City Metro)
