We are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor / Financial Advisor to join a growing advisory team focused on serving high-net-worth individuals and families.

This is a strong opportunity for an advisor who has built a book of business or developed deep client relationships and is looking for a more supportive, resource-rich environment to expand their practice. The role offers access to integrated support across investment management, financial planning, estate and tax strategy resources, and client service operations.

The platform is designed to help advisors scale their business through multiple channels, including referrals, partnerships, and organic growth support.

Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients
Provide comprehensive wealth management services including investment strategy, financial planning, and long-term wealth preservation
Conduct ongoing client review meetings to ensure financial strategies remain aligned with evolving goals
Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) to deliver holistic financial solutions
Leverage internal resources to enhance client experience and support business growth
Develop new business through referrals, existing relationships, and strategic networking

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Active securities licenses required (or ability to obtain); CFP or similar designation strongly preferred
5–15+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or investment services
Proven success in client acquisition, relationship management, and retention
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
