Job Title: Clerical Administrative Assistant
Pay: $22–$24 per hour
Job Summary:
AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for one of our valued clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
* Provide support to team members and management as needed
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree preferred)
* 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
