Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform cleanroom cleaning, assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of precision parts.
- Follow traveler documents, SOPs, customer specifications, photos, prints, and work instructions.
- Maintain cleanroom compliance, housekeeping standards, and product protection procedures.
- Support quality-focused production processes in a controlled manufacturing environment.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, cleanroom, or a similar hands-on environment.
- Ability to follow detailed and sometimes complex instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer and mobile device skills for data entry and communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Ability to wear cleanroom garments, including coveralls, boots, and head coverings, for extended periods up to 8 hours.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
- Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or semiconductor environment.
- Experience handling, inspecting, and packaging metal or precision parts.
- Familiarity with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, anodized metals, quartz, ceramic, or titanium.
- Experience working from SOPs, traveler documents, prints, photos, or detailed work instructions.
