A local client is looking to hire detail-oriented Cleanroom Technicians to support critical production and packaging processes within our controlled cleanroom environment. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality standards, cleanliness, and proper handling of customer parts made from a wide range of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Cleanroom Processing & Handling
-Perform bake-out processes for customer parts requiring drying after wet cleaning.
-Conduct physical cleaning of parts, including IPA wipe-downs when required.
-Handle and process parts manufactured from various materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, quartz, ceramic, titanium, bronze, anodized aluminum, nickel, and others.
Assembly, Testing & Packaging
-Assemble, test, clean, part-mark, and package customer orders according to customer specifications, prints, photo directives, traveler instructions, and TMPI Work Instructions or -Standard Operating Procedures.
-Ensure all components are packaged daily with precision to maintain protection and proper sealing for final shipment.
Cleanroom Environment & Safety
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through routine housekeeping and scheduled cleaning activities.
-Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including cleanroom garments (boots, coveralls, head coverings), steel-toed shoes, safety -glasses, and hearing protection.
Physical Requirements
Ability to wear required cleanroom PPE for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
-Perform repetitive tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and handling small components.
Required Skills & Experience
-Ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
-Basic computer and mobile device skills to send and record data.
-Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
-Previous experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environments—semiconductor industry preferred.
-Experience packaging metal components and familiarity with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, and anodized metals is a strong plus.
The hours for this role would be Monday – Friday 2:00pm – 10:30pm
