This role is performed in classified cleanroom areas and requires strict adherence to hygiene, gowning, and PPE standards. This is not a laboratory position.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and clean process equipment, including valves, hoses, clamps, and piping.
Prepare buffers, media, and reagents in volumes up to 2,000 liters.
Monitor process parameters and promptly escalate abnormal conditions.
Accurately complete all required documentation in compliance with procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Perform cleaning and disinfection of equipment while wearing required PPE, including hoods.
Participate in routine mopping, spraying, and cleaning of process areas (may require Powered Air Purifying Respirator use).
Achieve and maintain proficiency through structured training programs.
Handle hazardous materials such as caustic solutions, acids, and steam.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, climb, and reach.
Infrequent unassisted lifting up to 50 lbs.
Work performed in cleanroom environments with required gowning and PPE.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to follow written instructions, verify data, perform basic math with guidance, and document results accurately.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
Familiarity with basic computer tools and web-based applications.
Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality.
Continuous improvement mindset with a desire to learn and contribute to a culture of excellence.
