We are seeking motivated Cleanroom Assemblers for urgent openings in Camarillo, CA. This is a great opportunity to join a clean, regulated manufacturing environment supporting biopharma, life sciences, or similar production operations.
The Cleanroom Assembler role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, can stay active throughout the shift, and take pride in following detailed procedures. The team values reliability, strong attendance, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Candidates with cleanroom or assembly experience are highly encouraged to apply, but candidates with related experience in regulated manufacturing, biopharma, or life sciences will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on assembly of products in a cleanroom or regulated production environment.
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures accurately.
- Wear required cleanroom gowning and follow contamination control practices.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work as part of a fast-paced production team to meet daily output goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21 per hour for 1st shift.
- Pay: $22 per hour for 2nd shift.
- Location: Camarillo, CA.
- Schedule: 1st shift openings may include 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Schedule: 2nd shift openings are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Overtime opportunities are available.
- Background check required.

- Assemble components in a cleanroom, assembly line, or regulated production setting.
- Follow written SOPs, work instructions, and production procedures.
- Maintain quality standards while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Support daily production goals through reliable attendance and teamwork.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred, especially in assembly, manufacturing, biopharma, life sciences, or a similar regulated environment.
- Ability to work with hands and perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy.
- Comfortable standing, moving, and staying active throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Willingness to wear cleanroom gowning, including full cleanroom attire.
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and motivation to grow with the company long term.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to changing production needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior cleanroom assembly or production experience.
- Experience in an ISO, GMP, biopharma, life sciences, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with cleanroom expectations, contamination control, and gowning procedures.
- Previous assembly line experience in a fast-paced production setting.
- Stable work history and interest in long-term employment.
