Job Summary

We are seeking Cleanroom Assemblers for multiple urgent openings in a medical device manufacturing environment in Camarillo, CA. This is a great opportunity for dependable assembly professionals who are comfortable working in an ISO/GMP-regulated cleanroom setting and wearing full cleanroom gowning.

The Cleanroom Assembler role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of assembly experience who value stability, teamwork, and a structured production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform detailed assembly of medical device components in a cleanroom production environment.
- Follow written work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements.
- Use hand tools and production equipment to complete accurate and consistent assemblies.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the cleanroom workspace.
- Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and defects.
- Meet daily production goals while supporting a safe, team-oriented work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $21 per hour for 1st shift.
- Pay: $22 per hour for 2nd shift.
- Location: Camarillo, CA.
- Schedule: 1st shift openings from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Schedule: 2nd shift openings from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Some overtime may be available.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assemble medical device components in a cleanroom environment.
- Follow ISO/GMP production procedures and cleanroom protocols.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Support production goals while maintaining safety and compliance.

- 1 to 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Prior cleanroom assembly experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable wearing full cleanroom gowning, including a bunny suit.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent, accurate work.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in an ISO, GMP, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or related cleanroom production.
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in prior roles.
- Experience using small hand tools for precise assembly work.
