Job Summary
We are seeking Cleanroom Assemblers for immediate 1st and 2nd shift opportunities in Camarillo, CA. This is a great opportunity to join a high-demand, regulated manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork, and reliability are highly valued.
The Cleanroom Assembler will support hands-on assembly operations in a cleanroom setting, working with precision, consistency, and attention to detail. Candidates who enjoy structured processes, clean work environments, and being part of a supportive production team are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleanroom assembly tasks according to written procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Assemble, inspect, and handle components in a controlled cleanroom environment.
- Follow GMP, ISO, safety, and contamination-control practices at all times.
- Wear required cleanroom gowning, including full cleanroom suit, as needed for the work area.
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate any quality or process concerns.
- Support team production goals while maintaining high standards for accuracy, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21 per hour for 1st shift.
- Pay: $22 per hour for 2nd shift.
- Location: Camarillo, CA.
- Schedule: 1st shift openings may include 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Schedule: 2nd shift is 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
- Some overtime may be required.
- Direct hire consideration may be available for candidates with strong related cleanroom assembly experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Perform hands-on cleanroom assembly in a regulated production environment.
- Follow detailed work instructions, quality procedures, and cleanroom protocols.
- Support daily production goals while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and documentation standards.
- 1 to 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Previous cleanroom assembly experience is strongly desired.
- Experience in an ISO, GMP, medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environment is helpful.
- Must be comfortable wearing required cleanroom gowning for the full shift.
- Must be able to follow written procedures and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Must have reliable attendance, good work stability, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment performing assembly.
- Experience with GMP, ISO, or regulated manufacturing documentation.
- Prior experience in medical device, life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or similar production environments.
- Strong job longevity and a proven record of reliability.
