Job Summary
A Cleanroom Assembler opportunity is available in Camarillo, CA for candidates with hands-on assembly or manufacturing experience who are interested in growing within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical production industry. This temp-to-hire role supports the assembly of single-use biopharmaceutical tubing components in an ISO-regulated sterile cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble single-use biopharmaceutical tubing components and small parts according to work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Measure, cut, align, and join medical-grade tubing and related components with accuracy and consistency.
- Follow cleanroom procedures, including proper gowning, PPE usage, sanitation practices, and contamination control requirements.
- Operate tools and equipment such as cable guns, bag sealers, tubing spreaders, and manual cutting devices.
- Complete batch records, lot tracking forms, work orders, and other required production documentation.
- Inspect finished assemblies for defects and follow quality, safety, and cGMP guidelines throughout the production process.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Full-time 1st or 2nd shift.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Assemble sterile tubing components and related biopharmaceutical production parts in a cleanroom environment.
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, Bills of Materials, and technical drawings.
- Use hand tools and production equipment to measure, cut, seal, and assemble components.
- Maintain accurate batch, lot, and quality documentation.
- 1 to 2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience.
- Previous experience working in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment is helpful.
- Ability to follow cGMP guidelines, safety procedures, and detailed written instructions.
- Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 20 to 40 lbs.
- Reliable, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a structured production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cleanroom assembly experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with ISO cleanroom standards, sterile procedures, and contamination control practices.
- Experience completing batch records, lot tracking documentation, or quality inspection forms.
