About the Role
A manufacturing company in Camarillo is seeking Cleanroom Assembly Technicians to join their growing production team. Candidates with stability in their work history and experience in ISO or GMP-regulated cleanroom environments are strongly preferred. This role requires working in a controlled environment while wearing full cleanroom attire (“bunny suit”).
This company moves fast—qualified candidates can interview and start as early as the next day if not currently employed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on assembly work inside a cleanroom environment
Follow strict ISO/GMP standards and cleanroom protocols
Wear full cleanroom gear for the duration of the shift
Complete repetitive assembly tasks with speed and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
Follow production instructions and documentation as required
Support team leads and meet daily production goals
Report any issues or deviations to supervisors immediately
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in cleanroom assembly, manufacturing, or medical device production
Background in a regulated environment (ISO, GMP, FDA, etc.)
Longevity in prior roles and reliable attendance history
Prior work at any cleanroom-based manufacturing company is a plus
Requirements
Must pass a background check
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable wearing cleanroom gear (bunny suit) for entire shift
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and safety protocols
