Prestigious law firm located in Colorado is looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney, licensed to practice in Colorado, to handle first-party insurance claims, focused on property damage claims. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in first-party insurance claims, along with a demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex legal challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims.
Handling all stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Offer expert legal counsel and craft effective case strategies.
Qualifications:
Must be based in or near Colorado.
Active member of the Colorado Bar.
Proven experience with first-party law.
Plaintiff side experience preferable.
Property Damage experience required.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to pass a background check.
Provide 3 professional references.
