Associate / Of-Counsel Attorney – Civil Litigation
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 (DOE)
A highly respected litigation team led by a seasoned attorney is seeking an experienced Associate or Of-Counsel Attorney to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment and is eager to take ownership of cases from inception through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage civil litigation matters from start to finish
Take and defend depositions
Prepare for and argue hearings
Develop case strategy and prepare matters for trial
Conduct legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and reports
Communicate effectively with clients and provide case updates
Qualifications:
4–10+ years of civil litigation experience
Product liability experience is a plus (not required)
Strong deposition and courtroom experience
Trial experience is a plus
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Strong academic background preferred (top 10% of class from a reputable law school)
Additional Requirements:
Must have experience in civil litigation (no criminal law background)
Ability to travel as needed
Must be comfortable working primarily in-office (Monday–Friday)
