Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (primarily in-office)
A well-established and respected litigation practice is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment and is looking to take ownership of cases from inception through trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and handle civil litigation matters from start to finish
Take and defend depositions
Argue hearings and assist with trial preparation
Conduct case investigations and develop defense strategies
Communicate effectively with clients and provide detailed reporting
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to drive successful case outcomes
Qualifications:
4–10+ years of civil litigation experience
Product liability experience is a plus, but not required
Strong experience preparing cases for trial (trial experience a plus)
Proven ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional work ethic
Experience interacting directly with clients
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
