What you’ll be doing:

- Support Project Managers and field teams on active commercial and/or civil construction projects
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation from start through closeout
- Maintain logs, track change orders, and assist with budget and cost tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving
- Assist with scheduling, procurement, and overall project planning
- Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project, not just one phase

What we’re looking for:
- 2–5+ years of experience in commercial or civil construction (Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or similar)
- Solid understanding of RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with project management or scheduling software
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is helpful, but not required
