Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to provide high-level administrative, operational, and executive support to a very busy executive in the entertainment industry. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can manage complex priorities with discretion, urgency, and precision.
The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted right hand to the executive, helping coordinate schedules, travel, communications, logistics, and day-to-day business needs. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, high-profile industry where professionalism, responsiveness, and strong judgment are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to a busy executive, including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and daily coordination.
- Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and last-minute changes.
- Coordinate executive logistics involving LAX, tarmac access, airport arrivals and departures, and VIP travel support.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
- Anticipate executive needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, track priorities, and ensure important details are handled accurately and on time.
- Support special projects, operational follow-up, meeting preparation, and other administrative needs as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Provide direct executive support to a high-level, fast-paced executive.
- Manage complex domestic and international travel planning.
- Coordinate ground transportation, airport logistics, and LAX-related executive travel needs.
- Support day-to-day executive operations, scheduling, communication, and priority management.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant executive support, Chief of Staff, senior administrative, or executive assistant experience.
- Experience supporting a very busy executive, entrepreneur, founder, or senior leader.
- Strong background arranging complex domestic and international travel.
- Experience coordinating ground transportation and executive travel logistics.
- Familiarity with LAX travel coordination, including tarmac or VIP airport logistics, is strongly desired.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and urgent requests.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with executives, vendors, partners, and staff.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a demanding, high-expectation environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives in entertainment, live events, venues, theatre, hospitality, media, or a similarly fast-paced industry.
- Prior experience supporting an entrepreneur, public figure, or high-profile executive.
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles travel logistics, VIP transportation, and airport coordination.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and solutions-focused during time-sensitive travel or scheduling changes.
