We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee all operational functions in manufacturing and distribution organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep operational discipline, and the ability to drive excellence across multiple facilities while ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
-Direct all manufacturing operations including production, maintenance, quality assurance, supply chain, and logistics.
-Ensure all plants operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while meeting production, quality, and delivery goals.
-Maintain top-tier safety practices and full compliance with OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
-Partner with the President & CEO to define, execute, and support long-term business strategies.
-Develop capacity planning, automation strategies, and technology upgrade initiatives.
-Identify growth opportunities in product innovation, market expansion, and operational scale.
-Own operational P&L performance and achieve revenue, margin, productivity, and cost objectives.
-Develop and manage annual operating budgets, capital expenditures, and financial forecasts.
-Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor plant and corporate performance.
-Support pricing strategies, demand planning, and customer-specific performance improvements.
-Build, mentor, and develop strong teams across operations, engineering, supply chain, and plant leadership.
-Foster a high-performance culture based on accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
-Lead succession planning, leadership development, and workforce training programs.
-Serve as a cultural role model, promoting transparency, collaboration, and integrity.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
