This Chief Compliance Officer Position Features:

Immediate need for chief compliance officer.
Key Responsibilities
As the CCO, you will lead a three-person Compliance Department and oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance, including:
Core Compliance Leadership
Oversee monitoring, risk assessments, reporting, and overall compliance governance
Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies
Manage all BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs, including identifying weaknesses and implementing corrective actions
Ensure full adherence to BSA/AML and OFAC regulations and respond to regulatory requests
Program Development & Oversight
Develop, update, and implement BSA/AML and Sanctions policies and procedures
Conduct the Branch’s BSA/AML and Sanctions Training Program
Report program status directly to Head Office
Oversee annual BSA/AML and Sanctions risk assessments
Track remediation of AML/Sanctions issues
Investigations & Reporting
Investigate compliance issues and provide guidance to staff
File SARs with FinCEN and submit required OFAC reports
You will also collaborate across departments to promote a strong compliance culture and ensure ethical practices throughout the Branch.
Qualifications
We are seeking a seasoned compliance leader with:
10+ years of regulatory compliance experience in banking or financial services
7+ years of management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
