We are seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to lead all compliance functions for our U.S. branch. This role oversees regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, and the full BSA/AML and OFAC compliance program. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and bilingual in Mandarin and English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all compliance operations, including monitoring, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and manage examinations and inquiries
• Lead the Branch’s BSA/AML and OFAC compliance program, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure full compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations and coordinate responses to regulatory requests
• Develop, update, and implement BSA/AML and Sanctions policies and procedures
• Conduct BSA/AML and Sanctions training and promote a strong compliance culture
• Report program status directly to Head Office
• Oversee annual BSA/AML and Sanctions risk assessments
• Track remediation of AML/Sanctions issues identified by regulators or audits
• Investigate compliance concerns and provide guidance to staff
• File SARs with FinCEN and submit required OFAC reports
Requirements:
• Banking compliance leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, and regulatory expectations
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
