We are seeking a hands-on Quality Control Technician to support a lab-based operation in a manufacturing environment. This role is focused on chemical and physical testing of materials to ensure products meet established standards. Ideal candidates will have strong lab experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality procedures. Multiple shifts available, including day and overnight options.

Responsibilities

- Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
- Record, calculate, and analyze lab results using systems such as Excel or SAP
- Follow strict laboratory procedures (SOPs/SLPs) and maintain accurate documentation
- Identify and support investigation of out-of-spec results and root causes
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE, and lab standards
- Support audits, inspections, and quality initiatives

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of Quality Control laboratory experience in a manufacturing or production environment (REQUIRED)
- Hands-on experience with chemical and/or physical testing
- Strong understanding of lab procedures and safety standards (OSHA, PPE)
- Ability to analyze data and identify issues accurately
- Basic computer skills (Excel or similar systems required; SAP is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a lab setting with chemicals and physical activity requirements
