Pay Rate: $17.00/hr + $2.00/hr night shift differential
Shifts & Schedule
• 2/2/3 rotating schedule
(Work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then rotate)
• 12-hour shifts
o Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
o Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shift rotation:
o Rotate to night shift every 4 weeks
• Shift Differential:
o +$2.00/hour during night shift rotation (4 weeks)

Job Description
Client is seeking motivated Chemical Operators to join our manufacturing team. The role involves hands-on operation of chemical processes, handling raw and finished materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Operators will work a 2/2/3 rotating shift schedule (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am) and must be flexible to work all shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities
• Load raw materials into vessels and perform milling/blending in batch plants
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment
• Load finished chemical products (drums, sacks)
• Complete daily production documentation accurately
• Identify and report safety violations or concerns
• Support team members with chemical operations and other tasks as needed
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and adhere to all safety protocols
• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED (must be verified)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good work habits including attendance, safety, and housekeeping
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
• Ability to wear required PPE including respirators and face shields
• Must work 12-hour rotating shifts, including night shifts
Preferred: Experience in physical or manufacturing roles
