Pay Rate: $17.00/hr (+$2.00/hr shift differential for night shifts)
Schedule: Rotating 2/2/3 shift schedule (12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Location: 14284 Highway 41 North, Sparks, GA 31647 United States

About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Chemical Operators. This hands-on manufacturing role involves working with raw materials, operating equipment, and supporting production processes in a fast-paced environment. If you’re reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoy working as part of a team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:
Load raw materials into vessels and perform milling and blending in batch plants.
Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material-moving equipment.
Fill drums and sacks with finished chemical products.
Complete daily production documentation accurately.
Identify and report safety concerns promptly.
Support team members with chemical process operations and other tasks as needed.
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and follow all safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED (must be verified).
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
Strong teamwork, attendance, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical duties.
Basic computer skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Physical Requirements:
Wear a respirator and hearing protection (PPE provided).
Stand for long periods and work in areas requiring protective gear.

Additional Details:
