We are currently seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA (19102). This is a hybrid role with onsite work required 3–4 days per week (onsite every Tuesday).

Position Details:

Job Title: Change Management Analyst

Location: 1500 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102

Work Setup: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract Duration: December 29, 2025 – July 31, 2026

Pay Rate: $30.50/hour (W-2)

Job Type: Long-Term Temporary / Contract

Role Overview:
This role will support a large-scale ERP transformation with a strong focus on change management, user adoption, and workforce management integration. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage change and training workstreams, and develop communication and adoption materials. A healthcare background is a strong plus.

Ideal Candidate Has:

Strong experience in change management and implementation

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work through resistance and drive adoption

Strong data analysis and presentation skills

Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset

Interview Process:

Virtual Teams interview (camera on)

Case study exercise

Final onsite interview
