Key Responsibilities


• Prepare individual, business, trust, estate, and multi-state tax returns.

• Conduct quarterly tax planning for business and individual clients.

• Review financial statements and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

• Research and resolve tax-related issues and inquiries.

• Communicate with federal, state, and local taxing authorities when needed.

• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tax compliance.



Required Qualifications


• CPA or EA license, or actively pursuing licensure.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

• 5+ years of tax preparation experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, QuickBooks, and PDF software.

• Experience using tax preparation software.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail.
