We're seeking a skilled Certified Pediatric Coder to join an amazing Clinical Operations team for one of the top pediatric care groups in Miami, FL. As a key member of the team, you'll review, code, and submit accurate claims for pediatric medical services while ensuring compliance with current coding regulations and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for pediatric diagnoses and procedures
- Ensure coding compliance with federal regulations, payer policies, and organizational standards
- Collaborate with clinical and billing teams to optimize revenue cycle management
- Stay current with changes in coding guidelines, payer requirements, and pediatric coding best practices

Requirements:

- Certified Pediatric Coder (CPC-P) certification
- 2+ years of medical coding experience, preferably in a pediatric healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of pediatric-specific coding, medical terminology, and insurance guidelines
- Proficient in coding software, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office applications
