This Certified Payroll Specialist Position Features:

We are seeking an experienced Certified Payroll Specialist for a temporary assignment lasting approximately three months. This position requires hands-on experience processing weekly payroll and certified payroll in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely weekly payroll
- Prepare and review certified payroll reports
- Maintain payroll information in LCPtracker, California DIR, OCPS, and LNI
- Process garnishments and Verifications of Employment
- Support payroll audits and monthly compliance reporting
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
Qualifications
- Hands-on certified payroll experience required
- Knowledge of prevailing-wage and payroll compliance requirements
- General payroll-processing experience
- Familiarity with LCPtracker and California DIR preferred
- Construction payroll experience is a plus
- Intermediate Excel and strong 10-key skills
- Excellent accuracy, organization, and deadline management
