We are seeking an experienced Certified Payroll Specialist. This position will process weekly payroll, prepare certified payroll reports, and maintain accurate payroll and compliance documentation. The ideal candidate has direct certified payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll and certified payroll
- Maintain records in LCPtracker, California DIR, OCPS, and LNI
- Review payroll for accuracy and compliance
- Process garnishments and employment verifications
- Support payroll audits and monthly reporting
Qualifications
- Certified payroll experience required
- Knowledge of certified payroll compliance
- LCPtracker and California DIR experience preferred
- Intermediate Excel and strong 10-key skills
- Construction payroll experience is a plus
- Strong accuracy, organization, and deadline management
