Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit weekly certified payroll reports to unions for prevailing wage/government projects.
Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act, Service Contract Act, and union labor laws.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for union and non-union projects.
Collaborate with payroll processing teams to verify compliance standards.
Understand payroll processes and their impact on certified reporting.
Required Qualifications
Certified Payroll experience (prevailing wage/government projects) – REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of:
Compliance regulations (Davis-Bacon, Service Contract Act)
Union rules and labor laws
Ability to work in-office
