Are you a payroll pro with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for accuracy? We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator with extensive job costing experience to join our fast-paced, high-volume team. If you thrive in a complex payroll environment and have experience with certified or public works payroll—especially in construction or agriculture—we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
• Process weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce
• Handle all physical timecards and perform high-volume data entry
• Manage certified payroll and ensure compliance with public works regulations
• Perform detailed job costing allocations – accuracy is key!
• Work with complex pay structures, rates, and job codes
• Collaborate with field teams and HR to ensure payroll accuracy

What You Bring:
• 3+ years of payroll administration experience
• Strong background in public works and certified payroll
• Construction or agricultural industry experience highly preferred
• Proven experience with complex job costing
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Tech-savvy with payroll software and Excel
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized

Candidate Must-Haves:
• Solid payroll processing experience
• Exposure to certified/public works payroll
• Background in construction or agriculture
• Ability to handle large volumes of physical timecards
• Familiarity with multi-state payroll
