Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing payroll with accuracy and timeliness while ensuring all procedures comply with company guidelines and government regulations.

Primary Duties:

Handle weekly payroll processing for 150+ employees

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll data

Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries

Generate and submit certified payroll reports on a weekly basis

Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state tax laws and reporting standards

Work closely with the Accounting Manager to stay up-to-date on changes in payroll legislation

Safeguard sensitive payroll information and maintain strict confidentiality

Provide general administrative support as needed

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime may be required)

Pay & Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $30.00 to $40.00, depending on experience

Qualifications:

Experience using Paychex and Points North is mandatory

Solid understanding of Certified Payroll and DIR compliance

3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

High attention to detail with excellent accuracy

Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal

Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized

Must haves: Certified payroll, DIR reporting, HUD reporting, Paychex and Excel
