Position Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with at least 1 year of back office experience to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and rooming
Support providers with procedures and exams
Administer injections and perform EKGs
Maintain accurate patient records in medical software systems
Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use
Follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
Minimum 1 year of back office clinical experience
Proficiency in medical software systems (e.g., EHR/EMR platforms)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
