Job Role: Cellasto - Technician - Inspection/Assembly I
Job type: 12 Month contract with possible extension
Job Objective
Perform visual inspection, minor finishing, and basic assembly of small molded parts
Work shift schedules and perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
Physical & Functional Requirements
Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
Able to sit for extended periods while performing job tasks
Possess acute visual acuity and strong attention to detail
Demonstrate patience and organizational skills
Skills & Qualifications
Functional knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Basic math skills
Experience using basic measurement tools (e.g., rulers, gauges, etc.)
Ability to accurately record data into plant electronic database systems
Comfortable interacting with HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems
Problem-solving ability, both independently and collaboratively
Work Environment & Interaction
Frequent interaction with internal customers
No external customer interaction
Hours of Work
8-hour rotating shift operation
Overtime may be required to complete assigned tasks

Essential Job Functions
Perform visual inspection of finished parts for attribute defects
Conduct minor finishing and basic assembly operations
Enter data into LAN database systems using HMI
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems individually or with a team
Use small hand tools to complete inspection and task requirements
Read and follow standard operating and safety instructions
Wear and properly use all required PPE
Perform routine safety and quality checks on assigned equipment
Actively participate in and support safety programs
Support efficient movement of materials from inspection/assembly lines to staging areas
Complete equipment changeovers while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity
Maintain housekeeping standards
Train other personnel on unit operations within the department as needed
