Full-Time | Finance Department

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cash Posting Clerk to join our finance team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate accounts receivable records and ensuring customer payments are applied correctly and in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately post customer payments, deposits, and offsets
Reconcile daily cash receipts with bank deposits
Investigate and document unapplied payments
Work closely with billing and collections departments to resolve account discrepancies
Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding payment status
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Assist the Cashier and support special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in cash posting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pre-Employment Requirements:
Candidates must successfully pass a drug screen, background check, and credit check.
